Fire officer Qualification Class
FFQ Class 2023, Thank you for having us on your special day. Along with our honour guard, we were proud to be part of the well-deserved and required recognition.
Congratulations to you all!!
Becoming an officer is a big step in your career. It comes with a lot more responsibility and even greater leadership and accountability. As an officer, you set the tone for station life, calls, including the outcomes of those calls for the City of Edmonton's citizens.
Be proud of your accomplishments, be a leader, you are learning a new position, and it's MORE than just a "conveyor belt" promotion or simply put, part of the fire service process.
Be humbled and put others ahead of yourself.
“Commitment in leadership is an approach that shows dedication to an organization and its members. Committed leaders devote their efforts to forwarding a company's values and goals by investing time in pursuing the needs of the organization and other team members.”
Good luck with your next fire service chapter.
Congrats to our very own snare Drummer FFQ Hazelaar and Honour Guard Members FFQ Davies & FFQ Wanner on your accomplishment.
